3. Counter-Notification

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
